NEW ORLEANS (AP) — New Orleans Saints coach Dennis Allen views his team’s recent rough patch through a hopeful lens.“We’re not even at the halfway point” of the season, Allen noted Friday after reviewing video of Thursday night’s 31-24 loss to Jacksonville. ”There were some encouraging things in terms of our ability on offense and what we can do. I saw what we can be offensively.”The loss was the fourth for the Saints (3-4) in five games, but they are by no means out of the NFC South race. Aurora suspect in housekeeper's dismemberment identified

AURORA, Colo. (KDVR) — FOX31 has learned new information about the moments police in Aurora entered a condo and found the body of dismembered housekeeper.The person who police say shot himself, before the discovery was made, has been identified as 30-year-old Dwayne Anthony Jones Jr. Deputy stabbed serving eviction, officer hurt during arrest FOX31 learned through records that Jones had been arrested by police in Denver in 2013 on a peeping tom invasion of privacy count. He was also arrested for a literal voyeurism invasion of privacy count.Aurora Police say Jones dismembered the body of 62-year-old Elena Vonfeldt sometime on Wednesday. DENVER (KDVR) -- A Denver man's family members who were visiting Israel and taken hostage by Hamas on Oct. 7 have been released, according to the Office of Israel's Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.Ben Raanan's 17-year-old sister, Natali Raanan, and her mother, Judith Tai Raanan, from Evanston, Illinois, were reportedly released on "humanitarian grounds" following a mediation effort from Qatar.President Joe Biden said he spoke with them both."I just spoke with the two Americans released today after being held hostage by Hamas," the president posted. WESTMINSTER, Colo. (KDVR) -- A deputy was stabbed serving an eviction, leading to an hours-long barricade that ended with an officer's injury during the suspect's arrest. Housing policy, law groups are ‘deeply concerned’ with Healey’s shelter capacity limit

A trio of housing policy and law groups said Friday they are “deeply concerned” with Gov. Maura Healey’s plan to limit capacity in the state’s emergency shelter system, which state officials have used to temporarily house migrants and homeless families.Healey said Monday the state will limit the number of families in the shelter system to 7,500 and place those who cannot fit onto a waiting list, raising the possibility that some could end up without a place to sleep as colder weather starts to set in. The state could hit that limit by the end of the month, Healey said.The state’s right-to-shelter law requires officials to provide temporary housing to families with children and pregnant women, including migrants who arrive in Massachusetts.
