North Oaks’ Frankie Capan III finished fourth in the Memorial Health Championship after firing a 4-under round of 67 in the final round Sunday in Springfield, Ill.The 23-year-old started the day in solo second, just one shot back of leader Paul Barjon. Capan was three off the overall pace. While Capan had designs on winning the tournament entering the final round — a result that would have boosted him into the top 10 of the season-long points race on the Korn Ferry Tour — Sunday’s finish was still good enough t...Child killed after fallen tree crashes into Jennings home
